1. Acceptance of terms By creating an account and using the Maneos app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 2. Your account You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. 3. Premium subscriptions Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the app store. Renewal is automatic but can be cancelled anytime from your account settings in the App Store / Google Play. 4. Content and recommendations Nutrition and training recommendations are informational and do not replace the advice of a doctor or nutritionist. Consult a specialist before starting a new program. 5. Limitation of liability Maneos is not responsible for any consequences of using the recommendations in the app. You use the app at your own risk. 6. Changes We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes and ask you to re-accept before continuing.
